2. Refund EligibilityTo be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- You must request a refund within 15 days of product delivery.
- You must report any issues within 48 hours of discovering a product defect or service problem.
- Refunds are subject to review and approval by our Customer Service Team.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. How to Request a RefundTo initiate a refund or cancellation:

- Our Billing Team will contact you for verification and further details.
- We will respond within 3–5 business days regarding the status and next steps.
4. Return PolicyWe accept returns under the following terms:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included accessories (manuals, warranty cards, UPCs, etc.).
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective products.
Return RequirementsAll returns must include:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Original UPC and retail packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and inserts
- No physical damage or misuse
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by GetPixelMart.com
Items returned without an RMA number or incomplete packaging may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
5. Product WarrantyAll product warranties are provided directly by the product’s manufacturer, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if you need help obtaining the manufacturer’s contact information.
6. Packaging & Damaged ProductsWe aim to deliver your order in secure and environmentally responsible packaging. If your item arrives damaged:
- Please notify us immediately at info@GetPixelMart.com
- Include photos and a description of the damage
- We will work with the vendor or manufacturer to resolve the issue, and may pause sales of affected items until packaging improvements are made
7. Expedited Delivery & Shipping PolicyIf you require expedited shipping:
- Contact us with your order number and shipping request
- Additional charges may apply based on your location and selected shipping speed
Guaranteed Delivery OrdersTo qualify for guaranteed delivery:
- Place your order through our secure checkout system
- Select an eligible shipping address within the United States
- Choose a guaranteed delivery option at checkout (when available)
- Orders paid by credit/debit card will receive an email confirmation
Please note: Changes to your order after checkout (such as changing the shipping address, combining orders, or selecting a different shipping method) may void your eligibility for guaranteed delivery.
8. CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order:

- Cancellations must be made before the product has shipped
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may need to be returned under the terms of our return policy
